Joe Zeller

President

As president of Zeller Creative Group, Joe is in charge of overseeing and managing daily activities, client relations and sales. He provides strategic and creative direction to employees while still allowing his team the freedom to do what they do best. Outside of the office, Joe partners with his son as owner/operators of The Distance Social, a craft cocktail and whiskey lounge located in East Dundee.

LouAnn Zeller

Vice President

As the VP of Zeller Creative Group, LouAnn keeps the bookkeeping, accounting and human resources running smoothly. Her attention to detail and organizational skills keeps the team on their toes. A proud mother of three, LouAnn enjoys spending her free time with her kids, gardening, traveling, bird feeding, online shopping and cuddling with her dogs Oscar and Rusty.

Bob Fugate

Associate Creative Director/Copywriter

Bob has served as a marketing consultant and content creator across all media. He helps clients develop their brand positioning from the ground up, along with content for web, print, direct mail, digital marketing, cross-media campaigns, video, radio and TV. Bob is an alumnus of Leo Burnett and DMB&B—and a ten-time CLIO finalist. He has done work for clients that include Kemper, CNA Insurance, Harris Bank, Budweiser, 3M and Honeywell. When Bob is not working, he enjoys reading biographies, watching YouTube videos and operating his ham radio station.

Joel Davies

Web and Multimedia Developer

A team member since 1995, Joel is our senior employee! He specializes in all forms of media production including responsive web design, HTML, CSS and JavaScript, data-driven production, WordPress/CMS deployment, video editing and post-production, animation, social media and SEO. Joel is an avid binge-watcher and trepidatious doom-scroller. A graduate of Northwestern University, he also enjoys old-school activities such as interpreting ink marks on sheets of cellulose fiber.

Oscar Zeller

Protector of the Realm

Oscar functions as vice presidential bodyguard and is built low to the ground for stealth. He spends most of the day in his bed on top of the vice president’s desk. His secondary duties include alarm barking and halitosis. A rescue dog who has earned a little slack, Oscar has been an office fixture since 2010, and when we say fixture, we mean he rarely leaves that bed. Besides sleeping, Oscar enjoys cuddling on the couch and begging for treats.

Kailee Rose

Senior Designer

Kailee is an Iowa State University graduate known for her innovate thinking, passion and dedication. As a detail-oriented senior designer, Kailee is driven to create comprehensive design systems that not only bring a brand to life, but also resonate with the audience. With a love for lettering, you can find her working on custom wedding stationery and DIY signage in her spare time. Kailee is also an avid traveler, enjoys cooking, working out and binging true-crime documentaries.

Rusty Zeller

Master of Attention

Rusty is Oscar’s dominant little brother, but “little” only in rank, not in size! He enjoys greeting visitors and shows his affection by licking your hands and feet. Rusty spends his time tearing the stuffing out of his toys, one at a time, and has been known to toss them a few feet into the air while doing so. He has a perpetual need for attention and will roll on his back while “air swimming” waiting for belly rubs. But watch out for sudden “squirts” of excitement!

Jessica Studnicka

Senior Designer

As a senior designer with more than 15 years of experience, Jessica possesses a high degree of creativity and attention to detail. She specializes in a variety of projects ranging from logo design to creating effective marketing campaigns. Jessica prides herself on delivering work that emphasizes creativity and innovation. Outside of work, Jessica can be found enjoying lake life with her husband and two kids—but that, of course, only happens when she’s not at a hockey rink or soccer field cheering for her two favorite players.

Lisa Van Aller

Project Manager

As Zeller Creative Group’s Project Manager, Lisa helps our team deliver compelling and clear design that’s accurate, on‑time and right on spec. With a BFA from the Rochester Institute of Technology, Lisa balances creative ideas with technical skill. When she is not tracking project timelines, Lisa relaxes by hiking, cooking, and gardening with her husband and two children.

Devin Cardona

Web Developer

Devin is a seasoned UI Developer and Digital Designer hailing from sunny Simi Valley, CA. He brings over a decade of experience spanning industries such as Consumer Electronics, Clean Energy, Events, Financial Services, Lead Generation, Mental Health, Marketing, Mortgage, Print & Digital Media and Real Estate. In his downtime he’s a tennis aficionado, pickleball practitioner and his daughter’s designated chauffeur.
